The Pillow House thus isn´t a dreamlike architectural object but a real building, or, to be quite precise, its prototype on a scale of one to one. Its outer shape as well as it interior was determined by a choreographic work, the video of which served to produce a virtual 3D model of the house. Data reached in this way were then given over to a specialised plant which actually made The Pillow House with robots and also adapted its surface. Since the entire creative as well as production process was exceptionally interesting, we have desided to prezent the exhibition about The Pillow House as a gradual thing, in other words to show how this work came about step by step, in the same way as a real construction is being built. We have therefore divided the exhibition itself into three main phases.
