Fránek Architects

The design is based on keeping the industrial character of the original four-storey building through the renovation. That fulfills the proposal idea for a technical university’s library. It is perceived as a window into the university, as a source of all knowledge printed on paper. The design is created in a way not to obstruct the collision-free operation. The monumentality of the whole building is increased by small architectural modifications of the frontage.
